DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown Wilmington - Legal District

The AC in our room was not working and we only figured it out once we went to bed around 9:30 at night. They sent someone to check in out under 5 minutes and since it could not be fixed rapidly they switched us to a room 2 doors next door. We didn't have to go down to the lobby they came to us with new keys. It was very well handled I was positively surprised, I was expecting to sweat through the night.

I totally enjoyed the hotel room - it was spacious and clean (we got a queen sized bed) - and we were there during an intense heat wave, so the air conditioner worked GREAT! And i have to say, the shower was fantastic. It was a great 2 day vacation for us. thank you hilton - your staff was smiley and ever so helpful!

It was super clean.the staff was on point with everything. And the staff super friendly I love it. The room where a good price thank you.

I got a free roon upgrade and the hotel was located very close to the queen making it easy to get back and fourth between places

the staff was absolutely incredible. My granddaughters absolutely loved the cookies. They called one of the staff members “The Cookie Man” he was so nice to them and brought cookies to our room. Best hotel experience in a long time.
